Who processes your data

What data we collect
From the contact form. Name, studio or company name, email address, phone number, the type of request you pick from the menu and the message you write. This is what we need in order to reply: none of it reaches us unless you fill in the form yourself.
From browsing. Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics: pages viewed, time on page, device type, approximate country and city, referring site or campaign. They are collected without cookies and without identifiers, so they cannot be traced back to you.
With your consent only. If you allow recognition between visits, the site stores a random identifier that lets us understand whether two visits on different days come from the same person. It contains neither your name nor any other personal data.
Why we process it
- To reply to you. Form data is used to handle your request and to prepare a quote or a site survey. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- To understand how the site performs. Anonymous aggregated statistics tell us which pages work and which do not. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining the site, using data that does not identify you.
- For recognition between visits and for marketing. Only if you allow it from the banner. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Contact form data stays in our records for as long as it takes to handle the request and maintain the business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law (for instance tax law) requires otherwise. Aggregated statistics are anonymous, so they are not linked to you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or hand over your data to anyone. It is processed on our behalf, as data processors and only as far as running the site requires, by:
- Guacamedia (Dario Enchelli, VAT 17457351009), which provides the platform the site is built on, the contact form and the statistics;
- the hosting provider the site is published on;
- the email provider through which we receive messages.
Data is processed within the European Union. Should a provider process it outside the EU, this happens under the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to object to processing and to receive it in a machine-readable format (portability). Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it whenever you like, without affecting what was done before.
